Kindly helpme with this question, Just to test ur knowledge i have gotten their ans 1. You have to measure exactly 4litres of water, but you only have a 3 litre bottle and 5 litre bottle. How wil u do it? 2. If 5+3+2=151012, 9+2+4=183662, 8+6+3=482466, 5+4+5=202504 then what will be the answer of 7+2+5? |

Quantitative reasoning! For d first question, measure half of each container and add them. That'll give 4 liters i.e 3/2 =1.5 and 5/2=2 .5. 1.5+2.5=4 for d second one,i'm 75% done. Getting d last two digits is my prob. D answer is 1435__. Multiply 7 by 2 to get d first 2digits and multiply 7 by 5 to get d next 2 digits. D last 2 digits  ? |

Lol at geolabious, what the frak are you yapping about, if he could measure, then he would have measured 4 litres straight outta the 5 litres. Lol u'r funny. Well @op, for the 1st q, what we are trying to do is to be able to measure out one litre. Then the rest is done. So there are two answers to these. 1. Fill the 3l can, pour it in2 d 5l can. Then fill it again and pour it also into the 5l can which already has 3l, thus wen the 5l can gets filled, only 1l will remain in the 3l can. Aim achieved. Just empty d 5l can, pour d 1l into it, then pour anoda 3l 4rm d 3l can into it and you have your 4l. 2. Using d 5l can, fill it, then pour into d 3l can, empty d 3l can and then pour d remaining 2l in d 5l can into it. Guess what? We have one litre space remaining. Prob solved? Hell yea. Fill d 5l can and pour it into d 3l can which can only take 1l from it and you have your 4l (whatever d hell u nid it 4!)  @ the 2nd q, way to go yamakuza. Tho i solved it b4 seeing your ans, lol. Ans: 7*2=14, 7*5=35, (7+5)*2=24 reversed to 42. Thus ans=143542. |

(3+5)/2 = 4 fill both halfway to get your 4l |
