Avoid this company . Lies lies and no after sales support is a bloody joke . I have over two grands worth of there cameras . I've had nothing but issues it's so bad we where broken into a while ago only to find out the cameras I had monitoring my property where offline and recorded NOTHING TO PASS TO THE POLICE . Arlo have promised to help . Over a month later I'm still waiting . I'm currently in the middle of filing charges against the cga in the small claims court . If you want a DECENT brand with great after sales check out reolink or Swann. See you liers in court .
