A reputable Hotel is looking for a pleasant Front Officer to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the main entrance. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impressions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming guests and checking their details against their booking.
Allocating guests to their rooms and providing keys.
Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
Responding to requests for help and information.
Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a front desk Representative, agent or relevant position.
Familiarity with office machines (e.g printers)
Knowledge of office management and bookkeeping.
Proficient in English (oral and written).
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
Strong Communication and People skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Professional attitude and appearance


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS /PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must:
Possess a minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline with a minimum of second class lower/lower credit.
0 -2 Years' cognate experience in a similar capacity.

Salary: N30,000 to N40,000
