Nigerians at home and especially abroad, use different kinds of slangs. When ever they see one another they flow in slangs in local, pidgin English and English languages. Slangs like Nna men, Ki lo n sele?, wetin dey happen? What's up. e.t.c. Among all these slangs, i have met europeans, West Africans who have lived among Nigerians. The first thing they said to me is "How far?" and we always burst into laughter. |
