This ability is estimated to be a combination of proof submission (workplace documents) and "professional debate". There is no written work, there are no classroom-based elements, and through our unique diagnosis process, the whole diagnosis can be obtained (without coming to the site).

Initially, we provide a list of evidence documents that you will need to upload to our portfolio portal. After your group has reviewed and approved the documents, you will proceed to the debate stage.

This debate will be discussed by Zoom/teams. You will 'distribute screens' with your diagnosis during this session so that you can look at the evidence documents and unit questions together.

After that, you will work through each unit-basically telling your assessor how you perform your character, giving real plans, examples of real scenarios, and describing how the evidence you have presented has helped to facilitate this process.

All our NVQ7 diagnostics are members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or fellows, and once the NVQ is obtained, you will take a lot of steps with your fast track MCIOB application. Candidates can also apply for a Black Manager CSCS card upon completion of NVQ7.
