Yes, i submitted my MA’s statement in the first application.
For the second application, I was even waiting for them to send nsf for my MA’s statement. I can’t say this is the reason why they didn’t request for it.

During your first application (February) did you submit MA’s statement of account for your POF because you said money in MA account is short of 600k.
I am assuming that this time around you submitted your own statement of account for POF, hence no need for the ECO to query MA statement of account.

No, it's like starting the process again. But this time they do it for you. It takes 2 days to be scheduled, but if you call them you will get date faster. Like the person above said, they'll be glad to help if you call them.

If it is , simply state that you are unemployed and have been awaiting the compulsory NYSC program but decided to go back to school for Masters ( which I assume is your case?

Pls, I observe that my WAEC Certificate is defacing... like some prints cleaning. Does it make any sense uploading a WAEC scratch card together with my visa application...incase they need confirm my scores/certificate? This is the only Proof for English I have to use.

The main issue that I see here will be proving that your relationship is genuine and subsisting. You will need to include every document to prove this; this includes but not limited to marriage certificate, joint accounts if you have any, joint investments, money transfers for upkeep from either or both of you (evidence in your bank statements), flight and trip details of visit to each other, pictures, evidence of communication (calls, chats e.t.c.), children's birth certificates if any.

Should they wish, it will be to confirm your WAEC result is authentic, just a colored copy of your WAEC Certificate will suffice

Make a colored copy/scan of your WAEC document before it gets worse.

They know the necessary information to extra from your certificate for confirmation if needed
