IWP 4.1. It hasn't been down. Only u re not using d right settings and configuration

IWP v4 has not been down BUT IT GOT ALOT OF DOWNTIME COS IT HAS LIMITED SERVER 10SERVER SHARED AMONG OVER A MILLION WAT DO U THINK,
Anyway IWP v2 Stil prefarable than v4
