Delta Police Intercept Suspected Cultists On A Mission, Recover Gun & Cartridges by Nksleek: 7:23pm On Aug 19, 2022
Delta Police operatives attached to Quick response squad during a stop and search duty, intercepted three suspected cultists and recovered a locally made gun and four live cartridges.

Focus Naija can report that the three suspects identified as Chukwuma Owoh, Ediri Ogendengbe and Alfred Kess were intercepted in a tricycle along the Pessu corner in Warri.

According to a statement issued by the Delta police spokesperson, DSP Bright Edafe, Chukwuma Owoh confessed that he bought the gun from one Haruna at the Hausa market Warri. He said that he was on his way to Pessu in search of some cult members that attacked his younger sister.

The statement reads in part;

On 05/08/2022 at about 1345HRS, Police operatives attached to Quick response squad (QRS) during a stop and search duty along Pessu corner in Warri, intercepted a tricycle with three occupants and upon search of the occupants, one locally made cut-to-size gun and four live Cartridges were recovered from them. The three suspects namely; Chukwuma Owoh 'm' aged 26years, Ediri Ogendengbe 'm' aged 32yrs, and Alfred Kess 'm' age 38yrs were immediately arrested by the Policemen. One of the Suspects, Chukwuma Owoh confessed that he bought the gun from one Haruna of hausa market Warri, and that he was on his way to Pessu in search of some Aiye confraternity cult members that attacked his younger sister. The suspects are currently in custody and investigation is ongoing.

They are now in deep regret....
The probability of the movement not succeeding was very high.
1. They were bound to be caught either by the police or any passers-by since they all look dumb.

2. The pipe they were carrying In the name of pistol would have disappointed them because Akwa made pistols almost always frustrates.
