Credal Homes is a forward focussed Real Estate firm which specializes in affordable and high value real estate assets and properties for her esteemed clients both locally and internationally. We have done so well with a crop of highly motivated team who man our business development unit and thus provided satisfactory service to our clients.

We have openings for Business Development Executives who will join our team to move sales frontiers in an exciting environment.


The Stars who will fill these roles shall have the following responsibilities:

1. Seek clients and notify current clients of new services, products, and features as well as modifications in service.
2. Solicit new accounts in the various fields relevant to company’s target. Reaches expected levels of sales.
3. Coordinate and schedule presentation and other associated business development activities.
4. Engaging with new partners to seal new deals, contracts and offers as a representative of the firm and follow up on all prospects to finalize the partnership deals
5. Handles sales and marketing for the organization’s operations.
6. Develops and maintains accounts with small and medium sized companies, other institutions, etc.
7. Coordinates and schedules presentation and other associated business development activities.
8. Acquires outside partners to market company’s offerings and/or execute them.
9. Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
10. Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
11. Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
12. Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
13. Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
14. Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
15. Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
16. Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
17. Hire, train and guide the marketing and business development associates.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. A degree in any Business, Marketing or any related fields [but with passion for Business Development]
2. At least 2 years experience as a Business Development Executive with demonstrable track records.
3. Ability to make sales presentations and sales pitches to target audiences
4. Good ability for negotiations and getting vision across to prospective clients
5. Good looking and full of energy.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage large client base.
8. Ability to consistently meet periodic goals.



WORKING CONDITIONS
The work mode will be a hybrid of remote work and office appearance with established protocols for supervision and daily reporting. Weekly meetings shall be required in-plant and resumption/closing times are flexible provided performance expectations are attained.
