Enjoyment stew is one of my signature homemade stew recipes. its easy to make, delicious and rich..

INGREDIENTS
Fresh tomatoes
Cayenne pepper (shumbo)
Scotch bonnet pepper (atarodo)
Onions
Garli(optional)
crayfish(optional)
Kpomo (cow skin)
Cow offals
Beef
Ugu leaves
Vegetable oil
seasoning cubes and salt to taste
