Over the past few years, the Nigerian tech space has witnessed tremendous growth. The latest is Google funding for black owners of which 23 Nigeria tech startups got selected.

According to Google, the selected startup will be provided with $100K in capital (equity-free), an additional $200K in Google Cloud Credits, and access to the best of Google—people, products, and practices.

The Nigerian government also need to follow this trend and invest in tech space as technology is the new crude oil.
