The Anambra State Aids Control Agency (ANSACA), on Thursday, said the state is the fifth highest in Nigeria, in terms of HIV transmission among people aged 15 to 49 years. The ANSACA Executive Director, Mr Johnbosco Ementa, made the disclosure at a two-day stakeholders’ meeting organised by the agency on Thursday in Awka. According to Ementa, the meeting was for the stakeholders to brainstorm on how best to scale up campaign to eliminate HIV transmission in the state.......

Okay...so what about northern Nigeria that has the highest number of unrecorded cases of HIV transmissions? Or can we says that the north isn't the current leading consumer of antiretroviral ?

Anyway, I will not be surprised if this is politically motivated by criminal elements to loot through heatlth NGOs
