Most of Nigerian lecturers are private school owners who don't pay their staffs during holidays.but here they are demanding for salary for months which they didn't work for.

ASUU is a union not individual. ASUU is doing what they need to do.

Let those teachers do what they to need to do.

Silly excuse.

Federal University lecturers earn more than their state University and private university counterparts.

Despite this, they are always the first to embark on strikes that are often protracted and solely about money.

A large percentage of them cannot find work outside our shores because they aren't accomplished in their fields and simply use the students as fodder for their agenda - More money.

I pity the jaundiced students that can't see how their very own lecturers abuse them by totally abandoning them for more money

By the time they are done, they'll be too old for jobs their private university peers would be securing.

Then and only then woukd they realise they've been duped.

I happened to teach in a private school owned by a lecturer, they don't even allow any form of unionism
