you can hack your phone by flashing via JAF or Phoenix, so called PNHT / flash hack method.
If you are ready,download either phoenix 2010 or 2011

the problem most pple have is the signing of the hellox with the cert and key b4 installing.
To overcome this i downloaded BINPAD signSIS v7.0 which i used to sign my hellox on my lappy b4 transfering it to my phone for installation.

NB: make sure you download unsigned version of Hellox, already signed versions won't work 4 ur fone because the cert and key used i signing them was for another fone.
