I had the opportunity to take a tour of OSKY Catfish Facility in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria.

One product that caught my eyes is the Catfish sausage. It can be fried, grilled, cooked and it retains the awesome fish flavour. Some people who tasted it speak volume of the after taste experience. Imagine this with shawarma, spaghetti, and in-between doughs?

This is a very good substitute especially for those who do not like pork or hotdogs.

They are breaking into the Lagos market as we speak. Lagosians will be able to get this off the shelf.
