JOB OVERVIEW:
Business Development Executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.
The Business Development Manager shall deliver the sales targets for a given portfolio within the Group by ensuring full understanding and execution of Brand, Customer and Account Plans and tactics.
The individual will be responsible for developing and implementation of the organization’s specific marketing vision and strategy within the country.
Ultimately, an outstanding Business Development Executive will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Branding ideas and implementation, identifying sales lead, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
2. Identify and researching new business opportunities and partners that come up in existing markets.
3. Preparing and delivering pitches, presentations and communicating new service development to potential new clients.
4. Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
5. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
6. Cultivating and maintaining strong industrial relationships and customer partnerships to capitalize on opportunities and maximize business success.
7. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
8. Implementation of marketing tactics (congresses, promotions, customer messaging) as described in the marketing plan.
9. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients by remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
10. Developing and presentation of engaging business proposals, contracts and business negotiations to draw in more revenue from clients.
11. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems by reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
12. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
13. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of Company and position.
14. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
15. Other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or any Business Management related field
- Extensive sales experience
- Should have a portfolio of high net-worth clients to help integrate Company’s product and services
- 5-8 years’ relevant experience in a similar role

➢ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
➢ Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively
