Additional criteria for 2 & 3
Must have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in retail/direct marketing in insurance.
Not less than 30yrs.
Excellent training and leadership skills.
Must posses high social capital network.
Posses good innovative skills amongst other requirements
For 1 & 2 the applicant must be conversant with area applied for & for 3 must be conversant with PH, warri, Benin, Akwa ibom, Aba, Bayelsa & Onitsha areas.

How good are you at selling, or what is your network worth?

Law Union is tight. They should pay very well above average.

A corper friend once made sizable commissions with them.

You might be lucky or not. Why leave if you dont have to?

You are thinking of leaving for Law Union and Rock, and helping them post vacancies?
Besides, why are you asking all these questions about their renumeration? Didn't they give you a letter of offer? If they did not, there's nothing to discuss.

Have indepth experience in underwriting and marketing.
