That is not wise. Carrying cash around in Ghana Must Go bag is an invitation to armed robbers

The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory!

Kudos to the ASUU under the able leadership of the astute, no-nonsense and indefatigable Professor Emmanuel (Emmalanka) Osodeke for putting Dr.Chris Ngige to mortal shame!

These lecturers underwent economic hardship and psychological torture while the strike lasted.

It's now time to pop champagne!

CUNTnua should bury their ugly heads in perpetual shame.

what are you even saying...?? Why is ASUU calling off the strike...

-The UTAS wasn't implemented...
-Negotiation of 2009 whatever wasn't concluded...

ASUU is only calling off the strike because CONUA is now an alternative and they will loose their relevance, They only went on sabbatical for FG to accumulate there salary for them, you should be thanking Ngige for clipping their wings, now before they go on any other strike, they will have to think twice...

A Nigerian lecturer caused a stir at a bank when he showed up with a Ghana Must Go bag following reports that FG paid their outstanding salaries.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) had revealed on Tuesday that the Federal Government agreed to pay 8 months’ salary arrears.

It announced; “Universities to reopen 17th October 2022 as Federal Govt agrees to pay the outstanding 8 months’ salaries.

Just a day after the news broke, a man who lectures at an undisclosed university stormed his bank with a big bag to withdraw the entire 8 months backlog of salaries.

When did ASUU announce that FG has agreed to pay their outstanding 8months arears? This news is false

I think 400,000 or thereabouts

Can you see the misinformation flying around?! Despite myriads of attempt to school people online.

Only 5% of lecturers earn that which are professors

An assistant lecturer earns around 125k on average which are at the lower ebb.

They are poorly paid. As a new intake, it may even be lower like 105k for graduate assistant.
