@Artic, Thanks for ur interest. 19million is our asking price for the lands. Our measurement for a plot, is slightly larger than a standard plot. Our plot is 800sqm. We don't intend selling flats off plan. We will sell at completion, unless we have clients with serious interests in making down purchases. We have not however concluded on proposed prices for the various house types. Our website is currently under construction. Will let the house know when it's up and running. We are not insisting on outright payments for the plots, though it's a better option. U can call for further information if required.
