Victims blame govt over flood disaster

Thousands of flood victims have blamed government over the devastating disaster.

They cried for help, saying "there was no response from federal agencies."

The flood displaced millions of residents in Kogi Bayelsa, Anambra & Benue states.

The lack of urgent response to this humongous calamity by the authorities is a reflection of ineptitude and lack of commitment to the plight of citizens.

The lackadaisical attitude of president Muhammadu Buhari and relevant federal-cum-authorities is unfortunate and unacceptable.
