Back to the topic. I work for an American company in Houston. If u are complaining about Nigerians, you should see the average American dress to work. Appalling! Ties with button down shirts and chinos? Someone once walked up to me and said I must be Nigerian because I'm well dressed. Nuff said! However, those brits dey dress o! |

Re: Women: Nigerian Men Lack Dress Sense by PTH(m): 12:14am On Aug 22, 2007 |
This dressing matter no be small thing o. Here are my own pet peeves: 1. Guys guys! Please do not wear a du rag and then put a scrawny face cap turned backwards on your head. It screams "ghetto" anytime we see you. And if you must wear a du rag please do us the favour of making sure it is clean. 2. Make a firm decision, if you want to wear pants please don't wear them halfway up your boxers. It is either you wear them or just go with the boxers only! 3. Sunshades in moonlight? Na wa for una. 4. What is with all the chains and bracelets and the huge ear rings on the left ear? 5. There is a reason why shirts have sizes, stop wearing your t-shirts as babanrigas! Please buy your own size. 6. Abeg, the ropes and key chains that dangle out of your back pocket. Till tomorrow i no fit understand una. |
Re: Women: Nigerian Men Lack Dress Sense by debosky(m): 12:17am On Aug 22, 2007 |
PTH: #3 is due to the photon intolerance experienced by some folk, its not their fault #4 the chains/ropes are wallet chains to prevent them from getting nicked, you bush yoruba boy |
Re: Women: Nigerian Men Lack Dress Sense by aloib(f): 12:18am On Aug 22, 2007 |
PTH:one of my signature dressing is wearing shades on my hair, i dont wear them on my eyes sha, so in the nite sef ull see me wid shades on my hair |

Re: Women: Nigerian Men Lack Dress Sense by doyin13(m): 12:19am On Aug 22, 2007 |

Re: Women: Nigerian Men Lack Dress Sense by chiogo(f): 12:20am On Aug 22, 2007 |
@Aloib, umm, they already hooked up but i'll try. u're 20, hmmm, too old, my brothers are younger than dat but they do like older ladies. Lemme see ur pics first.my cousins, hmm, ok, one is about to be 21. pics, pls |
Re: Women: Nigerian Men Lack Dress Sense by PTH(m): 12:21am On Aug 22, 2007 |
aloib: not bad, i actually like that style a lot. doyin13: abeg NINs need serious prayers. When we were in school, you were a big boy if you owned FUBU or SeanJohn, only to get here and discover that it is children of welfare dependents that wear them. Shame catch me well well. |
