*LETTER OF REQUEST FOR FINANCING OML 49 (GWATO FIELD)*

*DANVIC PETROLEUM* *INTERNATIONAL LIMITED* (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a registered Company carrying out Business in Nigeria and have *secured a Potential Awardee* *Status of Gwato Field (OML* *49) in the 2020* *Marginal Field Bid* Round.

*The company is expected to* *Pay a signature bonus to* the *tune of N4,039,893,000.00* (Four billion Eight Thirty Nine Million Eight Hundred and Ninety-Three Thousand Naira only) to the Central Bank of Nigeria in favour of the Department of Petroleum Resources (now Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission).

*The company is also* expected to source for about *the sum of $100,000,000.00* (One *Hundred Million Dollars Only* ) *for the development* of the Oil Field.

*Having spent a lot in the* course of securing the allocation, the company is left with nothing and could therefore not be able to pay for the signature bonus or shoulder the development cost of the field.

We hereby request as follows:

*That we need an Investor to* finance the Payment for the signature bonus due to the Nigerian Upstream *Petroleum Regulatory* Commission (NUPRC) which is *N4,039,893,000.00 (Four* billion Eight Thirty Nine Million Eight Hundred and Ninety-Three Thousand Naira only) being the amount *due the Federal Government* *on our 48.14%* *equity on the field.*

*Who shall also act as* technical partners with financial capacity, who will provide technical knowhow and finances of about $ *100,000.000.00 (One* Hundred Million Dollars) for *the development of the field* in addition to the Signature Bonus Fee.

*That the company shall* provide the award letter as security for the signature bonus.

*That the company shall pay* ……………………. % of the *N4,039,893,000.00 (Four* billion Eight Thirty Nine Million Eight Hundred and Ninety-Three Thousand Naira only) as return on investment

*That the company shall pay* the signature bonus and the return on investment from the amount received for development as a first line charge.

*That the company is willing* and ready to share its 48.14% equity on the field with any interested Investor.

*10% (Ten Percent) of total* investment shall be paid as Consultant/Brokers fee.
