Over the years, a teacher is seen as robot. Come to class and give out note. some teacher may be a robot to you but what is the essence of pupil in school. why can't he behave like teacher in developing countries? . During the covid 19, parents were complain about their children,not having phone, recharge cards and alot of other thing. Even after pandemic those parent who run online class opt for the physical class insisting physical class are better . Will education continues as online or physical? The answer will based on pupil learning style, parent, teacher availability, internet and other.
Though teacher are getting impatient due to excess workload and meagre pay( not all teacher are in to teach) and mostly especially lack of respect for teacher because money is what people want from you irrespective how you get it. school head are paying loans and dancing to tune of the parent. parent now decide what school rules should be like but same parent do not check if his/her child does the school assessment but will blame teacher for poor performance. ( no be juju be that)
Teacher reward is in heaven? hmmm pay me good salary , i am not in heaven and i didnt teach those student in heaven.
These student with poor orientation will go to tertiary institution and meet is there kind of lecturer; a good or a pain in the ass lecturer and he will complain .
