Amy Winehouse was drug-free when she passed away at age 27 in London on July 23.
A rep for the late "Rehab" singer's family confirmed the results of a toxicology test in a statement on Tuesday.
"Toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy's system at the time of her death," the statement reads.
The Grammy-winning British star had long battled drug and alcohol addiction, but her father Mitch told Us she had kicked the habit three years ago.

she didnt have ILLEGAL drugs in her system, but they never said anything about PRESCRIPTION drugs in her system. many of the prescription drugs like Oxycontin, Valium, Xanax etc have the same ingredients that make Heroin so addictive.
btw some people now crush these prescription pills and shoot up JUST LIKE Heroin.

the report said that AT THE TIME OF HER DEATH she had no ILLEGAL drugs in her system, it didnt say she NEVER did drugs. get your facts right. also there are many LEGAL PRESCRIPTION drugs that are just as bad to the system as coke and Heroin. try Oxy.contin, Xa.nax, Va.lium etc
