America has over three thousand universities and some of the best and finest universities in the world today. The universities have serene environment which are highly conducive for learning and boost of state of the art facilities which improve your academic performance and research work. Each of the institutions of higher learning has scholarship opportunities and Graduate Research Assistanceship for talented international students. Applying to American universities is pretty simple, easy but costly. Here are the important steps that you will take to gain a first-hand admission into any of the American universities of your choice. The steps are classified under the following categories:

Undergraduate Study/Programme
1. Select 4 universities of your choice by visiting the site at www.braintrack.com
2. Take some exams especially SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test), TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) N.B. Most schools in America now demand for TOEFL as your entry requirement as Nigeria is no longer recognised as a native speaker of English language.
3. Send the SAT and TOEFL scores to the four selected schools through the registration forms of the exams or test. know the sat and TOEFL schools codes for the universities that you selected and the general course codes
4. Write a letter of motivation or intent or state of purpose. Writing a winning motivation letter is one of the most important steps of gaining a first hand admission into American universities.
5. Send your application fee to the university through your online payment. You can use your GTB master card for the transaction. Few schools in America doenot require application fee
6. Get two letters of recommendation from your school’s counsellor or any of your class or subject teachers who know you well. The two letters of recommendation are for one school.
7. get your bank statement ready
8. Make a certified copy of your WASSCE result.
9. Enclosed the documents (certified copy of your WASSCE result, letter of motivation, letters of recommendation and your bank statement) in an A3 white enveloped paper and mail it to the admission office of the university selected through NIPOST, DHL, FEDEX or other reliable couriers service. If you are qualified, you will receive an I20 Admission letter.

Post Graduate Programme (MSC and MBA)
1. Select 4 universities of your choice by visiting the site at www.braintrack.com

pls cn i study msc prg with HND cert abroad say Uk,and ao posble is ths without NYSC , ? moreso with my statemnt of result coz cert is nt ready 4nw.kindly enlighten on ds.i heard there is need 4 authentctn of result at abj ao sure is ds pls?
