The Lord GOD Almighty, The Lord JESUS CHRIST, Alpha and Omega, The Almighty, made time (John 1:1, Hebrews 1:2, Rev 1:7-

Though GOD is from everlasting to everlasting (and we don't truly understand what that means), Time exists in this world as we know it in 24 hour days (one full 360 degree earth rotation),  doubtless, The Lord GOD established it when HE created this world, (the earth, sun and our moon, etc)

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day." - Genesis 1:1-5

"And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day." - Genesis 14:19

"He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down." - Psalm 104:19

When The Lord JESUS CHRIST returns (imminently, as The Kingdom of Heaven is "even at the doors), this world will be destroyed and there will be no more time here as we know it.

"And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets." -Revelation 10:5-7

"For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind." - Isaiah 65:17
