Job role: Specta Hub Officer

Location: Marina, Lagos

Brief
• Generate lead and conversion for Specta loan portfolio
• Evaluating credit worthiness by processing Specta loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Manage relationships with Specta Loan applicants using Specta Algorithm decision tools to determine client’s financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
• Educate customers on applicable ratios and metrics and set up/simulate debt payment plans

Responsibilities
• Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits using Specta Decision tools
• Manage relations and ensure conversion of clients to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting any Specta loans as may be applicable
• Educate and determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up/simulate debt payment plans
• Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information and leads
• Using data and other market indicators to drive leads and conversions
• Update knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
• Maintain and update account records
• Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types Specta Variants
• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines and other rules guiding Specta Lending

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as a customer-facing employee and services oriented
• Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect digital lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment

Qualification
HND/BSC in relevant course of study (Min. of Lower Credit or Second class lower)
Not more than 28 years old
0-2 years of experience

Remuneration: 100,000-130,000+other benefits
