One of the factors that contribute to a good community are good neighbours. Everyone who has a good neighbour should be thankful. Living beside a bad neighbour can be extremely stressful and hard.
Minding your business, is very essential to being a good neighbour. Nosy neighbours (& people) are a pain in the neck.
Everyone is entitled to some degree of privacy. Violating that privacy is a breech of human rights.
Everyone should endeavour to be a good neighbour whether it's the landlord, tenant, co-tenant, person living next-door or 3 houses away. Absolutely no one deserves an abnormal human being as a neighbour.
