I wanted to sell my BUSD on gamestar exchange


So I was required to connect my Metamask wallet. In the process of trying to connect metamask to gamestar exchange something went wrong and since then I could not open my Metamask wallet with over $75BUSD and $5 BNB stucked inside. Please any help?
I contacted metamask Customer care I was asked to use my Secret Phrase of which I had misplaced. Please how can I get back my $75BUSD and $5 BNB?
