God is the best INTEGRITY KEEPER, after the creation of Jesus (the first angel) Both father and son worked together in creating all other things. So all the angels in heaven were present when Satan challenged God's sovereignty claiming humans can rule themselves successfully without God's intervention. To settle this matter Satan needs to be around as long as humans keep trying all the system of government they can to see if any could be truly successful.

That's why God did not eliminate Satan quickly all the angels in heaven must be present to see how Satan and all humans that take his side failed before God destroy them all!

Revelation shows you that He eliminated Satan.

And why did He not do it?

Because you are supposed to have been disgracing Satan up to the point that Satan would have committed self murder (if he could) because living would have been too horrible for him.

The only thing that could kill man was the eating of the fruit. Satan could not.

But female Adam got us all killed by eating the fruit.
