You will have to request for usage rights which might be billed.Check and see if your subscription is still active.

or if your subscription is not up to a week you can just retrieve it back(at no cost). go to subscriptions then option retrieve subscrition.

it probably could work on E5, but i dont know anybody around me who owns a nokia E5, 1.whats ur firmware version?
2.have u tried updating ur E5 over the air? *#0000# -option-check for update
the Latest firmware release for Nokia E5-00 is 071.003 http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/support/product/e5-00/
so find out if urs is below version 071.003
and if its below, update over the air and even if u get notified that the firmware available to u is not up to 071.003 but its above the one u have on ur phone, just go ahead and update, when update is complete,install the mobile tv apps again ,

When i went to the software update application (sw),it now started checking for available updates and the first option that appeared was phone software(important).but the option there is update via pc.
