Role: Business Development Specialist

Location: Gbagada - Lagos.

Mark Calthers Consulting Limited, a Business and H.R. Management Consulting firm with specialist focus on Sales Outsourcing, Manpower Outsourcing, Manpower Training & Development, Background Services and allied services urgently seeks to fill the vacant position of Business Development Specialist in the firm.

Key Responsibilities include:
Forging and maintaining key relationships with key contacts in existing and prospective accounts.
Developing opportunities to cross-see products to existing clients
Successful Bid and Tender writing and submissions.
Maintaining an accurate and vibrant sales pipeline.
Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
Developing and leveraging the company's branding and professional profile.
Manage and grow the company's social media platforms and presence.

REQUIREMENTS
A good first Degree in related field. A Masters Degree and/or membership of the relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
3 - 5 years post-qualification experience, most of which must have spent in Sales, Marketing or Business Development positions.
Prospects must have strong digital marketing and allied skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills are also required.
Must be a team player, must have a strong sense of integrity, honesty and must be innovative.
Must possess strong computer literacy skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc.
