Bishop David Oyedepo has sacked all the Non-Tenured staffs of it's organization the day Shiloh 2022 ended.
In a memo from the Mandate Secretary made available it states that they were released due to strategic reorganization and restructuring.

The memo reads thus;

MEMO

From: Mandate Secretary
To: State Pastors
Subject: NOTICE OF RELEASE OF NON-TENURED STAFF
Date: December 10, 2022

More than Conqueror greeting in Jesus’ name!

In view of the need for strategic re-organization and re-structuring, be informed that the services of the following categories of staff will no longer be required.

Admin Assistants.
DBS Assistants.
Cleaners.
Receptionist.
Drivers.

Therefore, you are by this memo directed to give the concerned staff two (2) months' salary in lieu of notice for their exit on Friday, 16th December 2022. All exit protocols shall be duly observed.

Finally, find attached the list of affected staff in your State.

Please be guided by the above directives while you may seek further clarification where the necessary need arises.

Remain Blessed.

Alot of questions are begging for answers because from past experience with this organization they are the number one abusers of labour law in this country compared to other countries. Even in Benin Republic here you can't hire and fire with you paying just two months salary to those affected? Where is it done even in Africa talkless if abroad?
Living Faith Church Worldwide is chewing more they can bite and they need to be called to order.
More than 3000+ staffs are already affected by this wickedness where a security personnel still collects minimum 14k per month. Haba!
The pastors welfare is next to zero, ears would not like to hear what happens what they do when a Pastoral or admin staffs dies talkless of the set of people being released. Is it when the staffs are retired? They are really taking advantage of the high level of unemployment in the country.

Some years ago he claimed they planted thousands of churches but recent events have shown many of those churches are not viable and some of those pastors were released for non-performance while the truth is you employ graduates throw them to the villages and expect them to grow churches like they are in the city with little or no resources.
Many of them fell victim to sickness and disease, many died, many have resigned because when they have issues that would require the attention of those in charge they ignore them and they just wake up one morning because those churches are not performing up to expectation they sack the pastor.

I know of a few of them who resigned because when they were in need they were neglected.

Someone should advise Bishop David Oyedepo that this is not a competition.
If he can't be employing people and be sacking at will.

The relevant labour laws that relates to things like this should be adhered to.

Enough of this irresponsibility under the guise of church planting and growth.

If you want to see the highest abuse of labour law come to the church where everyone is taken advantage of because of God.
