The actions of some loan App in Nigeria today is becoming on bearable. Though I borrowed using their platform in the past but decided to put an end to it due to the very high interest rate. But lately I started getting series of disturbing messages from Easycash loan company, telling me to apply for their loan which I always declined. Just yesterday, they ended up crediting my GTB account with the sum N9100 without applying and a message came in that my loan was approved and disbursed, to payback N14800 in 5days (2nd January).
Till this moment I'm still searching for their phone contact or active email to enable me refund their cash. I am not interested and it's not right to force loan on people with huge interest within a space of 5days.

Pls I need advise on this

If truely u didnt apply for the loan and u were credited,don't ever repay the loan,they can go to hell with their defamation.

You're already wasting too much time. I had a similar experience with aje loan some months back and after series of back and forth, I was asked to return the original amount sent to me. I also had a similar experience with easy cash just last week. Funny enough on both occasions these apps weren't even installed on my phone. As for easy cash, after searching for a contact number to no avail, I simply installed the app and sent back the exact same amount I was credited to the account on the app. It's a pathetic situation we've found ourselves in this country

Currently in this dilemma. I searched everywhere in order to return the loan I didn’t ask for no way. I’m currently being called to return 18k for 11k that was credited. I don’t have a problem with returning the 11k but they have refused to drop acct details .

I am having a similar experience with easy cash loan app. The loan app advertised a loan of ₦500,000 and after inputting my information ( BVN and account number) I was credited with ₦2,535 to repay ₦4,178 . I went back to the app to search for their account number or contact to return their money same night, I couldn't find any. I only saw flutter wave. On the 9th day they contacted me through WhatsApp that I have to pay else they will tell all my contacts from A-Z.

Complain to cbn and your bank and inform a lawyer, you will be properly advised

Pls, I am having similar problems with easy cash, they avail me loan I never requested for. I sent a mail to the address on the website complaining they should take back their loan. Someone chatted me, telling me he got my complained. That should return the money given to me. The person gave a corporate acct number. I paid the money. Only to discover that the person defrauded me. Only today another person chatted me telling me that the loan is due. I explained my situation to him. He said I should pay what was given to me that he will reset the portal, I paid again. The portal was not reset. They rather left the money like that and extended the date. Pls assist to get their phone number and contact centre. This is day light robbery.
