How to move to UK as a teacher

Beginning in 1 February, 2023, the United Kingdom (England precisely) will actively seek to hire new teachers from countries like Nigeria.

However, you need the following to teach students aged 3–11 in primary school:
1. a minimum of two years of teaching experience;
2. a first (bachelor's) degree from a UK or non-UK university (HND holders in Nigeria can apply too);
3. a qualification in English language equivalent to a GCSE grade 4 (WAEC or NECO in Nigeria);
4. a qualification in mathematics equivalent to a GCSE grade 4 (WAEC or NECO in Nigeria);
5. and a qualification in physics, chemistry, or biology (science) equivalent to a GCSE grade 4 (WAEC or NECO in Nigeria).
