Which is worse, cultism or Banditry?

I feel cultism is worse because;
1. Banditry happens only in villages that lack even water, good road and electricity while cultism happens in cities and Universities.
2. Bandits are illiterates while cultist are Educated and majority are from the University (there's no hope if eduction can't fix your mindset).
2. If the government wants, it can eradicate Banditry in 1 week.
3. Cultism is a Mindset, boys from a young age have been embedded with that mindset you can take a man out of the cult but you can't take the Cult out of the man
4. Bandits are greedy and after money and they are more like tools used for political Interest.
5. Banditry doesn't happen cities, You become casualty of Banditry if you travel to the village or travell at night through a village but you can become a casualty of cultism just by passing a calm civilised street (Rival fight might start and will end in bloodshed).

Yeah this is Nigeria today nowhere is safe.

Government needs to raise a Red Alert on cultism. As in jailing all acclaimed cultist for minimum of 10 years. And all cultists caught killing should be summarily executed within a month.
