Where s this location? And what is he charging 1.5m for? Is it for the survey or the drilling itself?

Site Location where the borehole is to be drilled matters alot, coz if its a basement terrain where solid rocks that are not tectonically disturbed dominate the area, there's a possibility of drilling to that depth for uptimum yield. The issue here is how much does the company drill per metre?
