CAC said from Jan 1, 2023, the new means of id for any one that wishes to register a new business or file any change is National Identification Number as long as they are Nigerians or Foreigners living in Nigeria. So if you must register a new business or make post incorporation changes to your already existing business, such as. Change of directors, secretary, shareholders, trustees, partners, proprietors, ID must be NIN.
