For over 2months, i've been suffering with etisalat. Everyday, the network deducts N100 from my acc to automatically migrate me to the Daily Data plan service. I!ve tried callin customer care several time but no go. Even beeped them on twitter, still no reply. I know 2 other people with this problem (and plenty others WITHOUT it) so i know its not just me. Is anybody facing the same prob? Does anyone know how to solve it? |

U waste ur time and money calling a network provider that serves millions of customers like u. Write the customer care email adress and have ur problem solved in 24hrs. Am a witness many times of the power and effect of email. |
