I just don't understand this. I tried to apply for debit card from Payoneer but didn't get anything from them some years back. Now I wanted to attempt again because I need a card to do my international payments. But surprisingly, this is what I got. I needed to have received $2000 as payment before I am eligible but checking their FAQ, I discovered that it was just $100 which I bet that's it from elsewhere apart from Nigeria.

What now? I have tried to contact them but I can't find where to complain about it.

Because people here were abusing payoneer back then.

And they were running at a loss making and mailing cards to this region without breaking even.
