This sounds very lucrative and tempting, i m sure there are lots of peoples who would want to invest their hard earned cash,

before investing it would be wise to carry out due diligence,
in that spirit i would like to ask the following questions,
what kind of assurance can you give that this is not a scam,

how do u guarantee the sponsors that the properties promised to them are not sold/will not be sold to some other property developer,
