Quit using racism excuse to justify criminality. They were not arrested for prostitution but for human trafficking and sexual abuse. If you read the report, you would see they were using the ladies as sex slaves.

forced detention with the intent of prostitution, encouragement of prostitution, prostitution, and intentional sexual detention.
