There's a gas plant that is located in a river bank, which is for sale. An agent told me about it and I picked interest. So, I met with the owner and he told me that he wants to sell everything so, he can be able to focus in his other buisness that is doing better.

I want to buy the gas plant but some people around me feels that if i buy the gas plant that i hav to be settling the goddess of the river, otherwise the buisness won't prosper.
