On Sunday morning I tried to make a withdrawal with my opay card using a palmpay pos,I was debited but the transaction failed.
Since then I have been trying to get a reversal from Opay to no avail.
I tried contacting them on fb,Instagram,WhatsApp and email,I even copied cbn but uptill now no response.
I have called their customer care countless times but no favourable response. |

Go to google play store and click on opay app.You will see their office address at Ikeja,Lagos.If you don't reside in Lagos ,look for a close relatives to help you.How much is the money? Besides,it was palmpay that debited you not opay. |
