Someone close to me was registering for the Rural Youth Skills Acquisition program at www.rysa.ng. It is supposedly a federal government initiative undertaken with the support of foreign partners. However, there is a red flag: payment of N585, sort of an application fee. I therefore want to know if the program is real or our people are at work again. Who knows about the program? Who has partaken of it? |
