The Argentina Open is a big tennis tournament for men that happens every year. It started in 1921 and has always been played at a tennis club in Buenos Aires called "The Cathedral of Tennis". Not only this, there are many other tournaments are held in Argentina such as Campeonato Tenis Parana Entre Rios.

Some famous tennis players have won the tournament, like Fred Perry, Manuel Santana, Roy Emerson, Ivan Lendl, David Nalbandian, Diego Schwartzman, Rafael Nadal, and Casper Ruud.

The Argentina Open is a big tennis tournament and people can watch it on different days. There are two parts to each day of the tournament, one during the day and one at night. But, on the first and last weekend (Saturday and Sunday) of the tournament, there's only one part to watch.

People can buy tickets to see the tournament in different ways:


Single Session tickets: This lets you watch one part of the tournament on one day.
Day & Night tickets: This lets you watch both parts of the tournament on one day.
Full Subscriptions: This lets you watch all the important parts of the tournament.
Weekend Passes: This lets you watch the last four parts of the tournament.

When the tournament is on the first two weekends (Saturday and Sunday), you don't need a ticket to watch. It's free to see the tournament then.

Format & Scoring
The Argentina Open is a tournament played on an outdoor clay court. There will be singles and doubles matches. Singles matches will be over 5 rounds and doubles matches will be over 4 rounds. The tournament is set up like a competition where you keep playing until you lose.
Food & Drink
You can't bring food or drinks from outside to the tournament.
Entry Gates
The gates to the tournament open one hour before the matches start. If you need to leave and come back, you can do so, but you must show your ticket and wristband.
