Is Emefiele sick or what? It's certain that the scarcity of new naira notes will have a long stay in Nigeria and might just be a new hardship added to Nigeria. Like the fuel scarcity having people queue up for days or hours. We will now officially be given numbers at the banks and seats to rest before we're given coins to take home.
