Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Microsoft Certified Professional)

The course covers the basic functions and features of Microsoft office Package for 2007 and 2010 version application software, you will learn how to create and manage documents, presentations, spreadsheet, database applications, and web based applications (internet) using Web 2.0 (optional)

It also provides you with the skill and knowledge necessary to install, build, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on Microsoft Operating Systems and its computer hardware. You will also learn how to support PC hardware in an enterprise environment.
