the lands are not inside evil forests sir...they are close to homes and major roads and well fenced...

sorry for the late reply bro..I went offline for sometime..
The property is more than twenty plots of land
There is a village stream nearby the property..
The location is in Dunukofia LGA in Anambra Central...right in the middle of Onitsha and Awka Cities..
You can plant something else..once you have the funds to finance the farming yourself..
