contact lenses are not harmful if u use them correctly, if u are hygienic, don't sleep in them, don't swim in them, use the right solutions.

Contact lenses are relatively safe .they are soft silicon materails.there are different types of contact lenses we have the daily disposables which are worn daily and discarded at the end of the day.we have the monthly disposables which are worn daily and taken off at the end of each day ,they are worn for a period of tine 6 months, nine months depending on the manufacturer.we also have the extended wear which can be worn for straight one month before it is taken out.the safest lenses are the dailies and themonthly disposables as long as you adhere strictly to the rules.
